One person reads this inbox, so replies are not instant — but corrections to holiday dates get acted on quickly, because everything on the site depends on them.

No contact form, no chat widget, no ticket portal. Mail arrives directly and nothing about your visit is recorded on the way.
What to write about
Pick the closest subject line below and it will be filled in for you. It genuinely helps — an inbox sorted by subject is how a date correction gets found and fixed the same week instead of a month later.
- A date looks wrong — The most valuable thing you can send. Tell us the holiday, the date shown, the date you believe is correct, and the notification you are going by if you have it.
- Your state is missing — Regional lists currently cover Karnataka, Maharashtra, Delhi, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. If yours is not there, say which state and link its gazette if you can find it.
- Something is broken — Include your browser and whether you are on a phone or a computer. If the office optimizer misread a holiday list, the text it got wrong is more useful than a screenshot.
- Anything else — Feature ideas, wording that reads badly, or a use case the tool does not handle. All read, all welcome.
What not to send
Please do not email your company's holiday list asking for it to be added. The office optimizer already does that for you in your own browser, without the list leaving your device — sending it by email only makes a copy that did not need to exist.
There is also no advertising, sponsorship or link-placement programme on this site, so mail proposing one will not get a reply.
Response times
This is not a staffed support desk. Expect a few days, longer around the festivals the site is about. Wrong dates and broken pages jump the queue; everything else is read in order.
